Data processed and purpose
I use personal data given through the website’s contact and appointment forms (name, email address, phone number, content of the message) solely to arrange appointments and to maintain the counselling relationship. I do not pass the data on to third parties.
Legal basis
The legal basis for processing is the data subject’s voluntary consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), given by submitting the forms.
Retention period
I keep personal data for up to 5 years after the relationship ends, then I delete them.
The data subject’s rights
You are entitled to request information about the data I process, to request their correction, erasure or restriction, and to object to processing. You may send your request to the email address above.
Remedies
You may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH): naih.hu
