Data processed and purpose
Personal data given through the contact and appointment forms (name, email, phone number, message) are used only to arrange appointments and to maintain the counselling relationship. Data are not passed on to third parties.
Legal basis
The legal basis is the data subject’s consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), given by submitting the forms.
Retention
Personal data are kept for up to 5 years after the relationship ends, then deleted.
Your rights
You may request information about your data, correction, deletion or restriction, and you may object to processing. Please send requests to the email address above.
Remedies
You may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH): naih.hu
